September 29, 2021I purchased this to use for emergency sleeping if caught out overdue on a walk, and for bike touring. It's light, compact and I discovered you can use it as a liner to a summer sleeping bag to increase the warm. When I purchased the "Escape" model mid-winter, I couldn't wait to test it at home. I was expecting to drown in my own perspiration but was pleasantly surprised to awake warm, dry and cosy. The fabric really is breathable, but expect to sound like a scrunching, supermarket plastic bag every time you roll over or change position! Apparently, it comes in standard size only, so if you're above average height, you might find wearing an extra jumper to keep your shoulders and neck warm. -
