MUELA Bowie 14 / Coral Wood Handle

The Muela Bowie 14 features a 140mm high-quality 440 chrome vanadium molybdenum martensitic steel blade, a 115mm pressed coral wood handle and gold brass pommel and hand guard. The Bowie 14 also includes a genuine full grain brown leather sheath with a belt loop for easy and safe carrying and storage. The Bowie 14, just like all Muela knives, is custom made in Spain.

Description

Muela Knives are custom Spanish knives that have been made by the Muela family for generations.

More than 50 years ago Eladio Muela handcrafted his first knife – a fine piece of work that began the Muela company’s proud history of knifemaking in the Spanish tradition. From its beginnings in a small workshop, Muela now produces around 350,000 pieces a year in its modern factory, located in Ciudad Real, Castile-La Mancha, Spain.

Combining old world craftsmanship with modern production technologies, Muela knives are built to last, and are exceptionally beautiful and functional. Blades are produced primarily from high-quality, tough martensitic steel alloyed with chrome, vanadium and molybdenum. Handles feature stag, wood, micarta and rubber. Each knife comes with a one year warranty.
