The Back Country Cuisine Thai Chicken Curry has the distinctive Thai taste of coconut milk and curry with chicken, green beans and cashew nuts for a hearty meal on a lightweight adventure.

This is a uniquely convenient food dish especially designed for the outdoor adventurer. This meal consists of the finest ingredients to provide a nourishing and sustaining dinner out in the field. 

Just mix contents with boiling water in the pouch provided, stir and let stand for at least 10 minutes, and then serve. It also comes in a re-sealable foil pouch which helps to retain warmth when you’re out in the elements.
