Firstly, the customer service and communication from Elite Outdoor has been first class, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Am really enjoying the multi-function aspect of this little knife. Used the paint flipper function to open a tin of car polish the first day I got it. The Tanto blade is perfect for opening cartons and cutting straps. Also ground a burr into the pommel / bottle opener area and it now strikes a ferro rod perfectly.
