The mid-size, yet lightweight blue carbon fibre QSP Hornbill has a drop point S35VN blade, giving it excellent corrosion resistance and toughness. The bevel and jimping at the spine of the blade accommodates your thumb when choking up on your grip for applying the blade to small tasks, and the blade profile gives a large belly to work with. Deployment is via thumb stud or the front flipper mechanism, which is swift thanks to the ceramic ball bearings in the pivot construction. The handles of the Hornbill are comfortable and ergonomic, and made from coloured carbon fibre that gives the knife a pleasant aesthetic. The Hornbill also has a titanium pocket clip.
